Our wedding is such an exciting time for us to celebrate our love and marriage with you all! The most important thing to us is that you enjoy yourselves and create amazing memories!

We're not ones for being the center of attention or having a day that's all about us – we truly wanted to create a weekend experience that would be laidback and fun for everyone. Nothing too stuffy, formal, or traditional – just love and having an amazing time!

It's so rare to get all of our loved ones together in the same place for a weekend, so we hope you'll choose to spend a few days in the charming town we chose for our wedding!

Meet up with cousins, stay up late with friends, dance your heart out, drink and eat until the night ends, and take a million photos!

You deserve a weekend getaway, and we hope our wedding can be a great excuse to take some much needed time to reconnect, relax, and celebrate! Can't wait to see you there!!

There's no obligation to join us on Friday, but we'll be partying all weekend if you're already in town and want to hang out!

It'll be warm in August, so keep that in mind when choosing colors and fabrics!

Long, flowy dresses with fun textures, patterns, and fabrics. Suits with jackets preferred, but feel free to wear fun ties, shoes, or accessories.

Not quite cocktail attire, not quite black tie/formal. Just a happy in between!

what should i wear?

Yes! Our venue is a gorgeous 140-acre family-owned farm.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so please plan accordingly! Sunscreen, bug spray, and anything else you may want on hand.

The reception will be under a beautiful tent!

is the wedding outdoors?

We’ll be having a rain party! We chose this venue knowing that rain is a possibility, and as much as we can hope for a beautiful sunny weekend, if it rains, we’ll just embrace it!

Tori will get over her professional hair and makeup getting drenched, and we’ll just party all night long! We hope you’ll embrace it with us.

Of course, we’ll plan for tents to try to avoid too much rain, but we hope it’ll just be unique and memorable if it does rain! All fingers crossed for great weather, please! ;)

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We politely ask that you don’t bring a guest unless specified on your invitation. Sadly, our venue can only accommodate a certain number of guests, so we can’t offer a plus one to everyone.

We hope you’ll have a blast celebrating with friends and family regardless! We wish we could invite everyone, but we hope you understand our limitations.

Singles, feel free to mingle! :)

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

As much as we love your kiddos, we highly recommend keeping babies and young kids home for our event. We’d love for you to take a night or weekend away to relax and unwind without having to worry about the littles.

Our venue is amazing, but it’s a huuuge open land property that can get a little overwhelming in the dark! We don’t want to risk any kids running off while we’re all drinking and partying on the dance floor.

If you can’t leave them home and need help finding a babysitter in the area to stay at the hotel with your children, please let us know and we’d be glad to help!

can i bring my baby/kids?

There is plenty of parking on grass available, so if you’re driving, you’ll have plenty of space.

Please keep in mind that drinking and driving is not permitted, so plan accordingly with a designated driver ahead of time!

If you'll  be staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle provided to and from the hotel.

what is parking like at the venue?

Oh it’s a dream to us, and we hope you’ll fall in love with it like we have! Pioneer Farm sits in the historic Hudson Valley just 45 miles from the heart of New York City. Over 140 acres of carefully preserved woodlands, open fields and gorgeous rolling hills serve as the backdrop for a romantic farm wedding.

The venue is charming and unique, and not your typical ‘barnyard farm’ by any means! They’re actually a functioning flower and vegetable farm, and they’ll be providing all of the florals for our big day – how special!

There is a ton to explore, but please be mindful that wildlife may roam and we want you to stay extra safe if you take some time to explore the rolling hills during the weekend!

We’ve decided to not have a wedding party in order to honor all our friends and family who will be celebrating with us!

We love you all and didn’t feel right choosing just a few select people, as it doesn’t seem in our nature to highlight some people over others! We’re so grateful for all the love and support we’ve received over the years, and truly wouldn’t be who we are without you! Thank you for understanding this decision!

who is in your wedding party?

Absolutely not! We would LOVE if you wanted to spend the weekend, but by no means are there any obligations to come to everything.

We hope you can make it on Saturday for our wedding day! We know how quickly a wedding day flies by, so we hope this weekend event will give us a chance to sit down with everyone at some point throughout the weekend rather than just a quick hello on our wedding day. We wanted a wildly fun weekend getaway experience, so come for all the drinking, food, and good times.

We understand that Friday is a work day, so if you can’t take off of work or need to fly home on Sunday, that’s quite alright; however, you’re more than welcome if you can make it! We will ask for RSVPs for each day as we get closer in order to help our venues prepare!

do i need to come to all events?

Yes, we’ll have golf carts with drivers running throughout the evening since the venue is on grass and we want to make sure you’re comfortable and able to get around with ease.

If you need a wheelchair, walker, or cane, please bring it along!

If you're able to walk well on grass, we ask that you kindly let our friends and family who need the golf carts to use them first!

will there be golf carts?

Your presence is gift enough, but if you’d like to give a gift, we are so thankful! We prefer that gifts are sent to our home so you don’t need to carry any boxes or bags around the venue! We hope to reduce waste by avoiding wrapping paper, so please feel free to direct ship to us and please include your name so we know who to thank! :) More on our Registry page!

We have a room block at The Appalachian Hotel in Vernon, NJ, which is about 15 minutes south of our venue!

They have studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom options. Rooms are very limited, so please book as soon as possible!

If adding on Thursday and/or Friday, the only way to add at the discounted nightly rate is to call 973-827-2000, #5 and reference the “Kelner Cavalieri Room Block.”
